Jane Williams, a key manager at Multnomah County, recently took over the reins of leadership at the nonprofit Portland Workforce Alliance, serving as president of the board of directors.
The PWA board of directors elected seven new board members and a fresh slate of officers to lead the nonprofit organization in 2017-18.
