Joining Oregon Gov. Kate Brown as speakers for the annual PWA Breakfast on Feb. 24 are Portland Public Schools Superintendent Carole Smith and two private-sector visionaries: one from Meyer Memorial Trust and one from the global advertising firm Wieden+Kennedy.
