Real Estate, Business, Construction & Architecture Career Day with CREW
Want to design incredible spaces, restore reclaimed buildings or construct the next award winning skyscraper? This is your opportunity to explore careers in commercial real estate, including construction, property management, design, development, and more.
Participate in a hands-on activity simulating how to develop and market spaces for your future business clients. You’ll get coaching from professionals in the field and hear how they got started, and you’ll get to explore the reimagined historic Factor building and get the inside scoop on how it’s designed and leased. Light breakfast and lunch provided while you explore your options. Hosted by The Factor Building and CREW Portland.
How to attend:
Step 1: Fill out the student interest form ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!)
Step 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the parent/guardian permission form ASAP. (Your application can’t be considered until this is done.) Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted.
Step 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you’re accepted or waitlisted, or if the career day is full.
Step 4: Show up and have an amazing time!
Who can attend:
High school students in the Portland metro area are encouraged and welcome to apply. We prioritize students from our partner school districts when space is limited (Gresham-Barlow, North Clackamas, Parkrose Portland Public Schools, Reynolds, Oregon Charter Academy).
