DESCRIPTION:Get inspired by real entrepreneurs\, form a team\, and create your own business idea from scratch. You’ll design a logo\, build a plan\, and get ready to pitch your brilliant idea. Then you’ll present to friendly “investors” and see who earns the most (imaginary) funding. Walk away with new skills\, new confidence\, and maybe the spark to launch something real! Hosted by the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. IN PERSON at the PSU Business Accelerator. \nHow to attend: \nStep 1: Fill out the student interest form ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!) \nStep 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the parent/guardian permission form ASAP. (Your application can’t be considered until this is done.) Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted. \nStep 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you’re accepted or waitlisted\, or if the career day is full. \nStep 4: Show up and have an amazing time! \nWho can attend: \nHigh school students in the Portland metro area are encouraged and welcome to apply.
