See the design and manufacturing process and talk with professionals in engineering, construction, business and development about their career paths. Explore this new way to reduce the carbon footprint of our built environment!

How to attend:

Step 1: Fill out the student interest form ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!)

Step 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the parent/guardian permission form ASAP. Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted. 

Step 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you're accepted or waitlisted, or if the career day is full.

Step 4: Show up and have an amazing time!

Who can attend:

High school students in the Portland metro area are encouraged and welcome to apply. Priority given to students from PWA partner districts (Parkrose, Reynolds, Gresham-Barlow, North Clackamas, Oregon Charter Academy, Portland Public Schools). Students from other districts are always welcome whenever space is available.

Time: 9 am to 11 AM 

Location: Timberlab 

Address:  1601 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland  

Transportation: Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the experience, unless otherwise arranged by the school.

Details: Check in by 9 AM. Program starts promptly at 9:15 AM.

Food: Morning snacks included.
