Learn about great careers in the technology sector! Join Microsoft at DigiGirlz and hear from tech professionals about how they got started and why they love their jobs. Explore future career paths, learn about college programs, and tour Mt. Hood Community College.
Do a fun and interactive coding activity while meeting other girls who are interested in tech!
DigiGirlz, a Microsoft YouthSpark program, gives high school girls an opportunity to learn about careers in technology, connect with Microsoft employees, and participate in hands-on computer and technology workshops. Learn more here: microsoft.com/digigirlz
Check-in Times & Location
Check in is at 8:45 AM in Building 10 at MHCC. Program starts at approximately 9:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM.
Mt. Hood’s address is 26000 SE Stark Street, Gresham, Oregon 97030. Access off Kane Road for Parking lot D. We will meet at building 10. Here is a link to the campus map.
Open to grades 10-12 from PWA’s partner school districts and tri-county schools. All genders and gender identities welcome.
Lunch will be provided.
Dress to impress! Business casual attire is best. No shorts, sweatpants, crop tops, hats, t-shirts with objectionable logos/graphics or gum. Nice, clean jeans are ok.

Registration closes: When filled. Seats fill fast! Sign up today. Please notify us of any food allergies or special accommodations upon registration.
Portland Public Schools: Talk to your career counselor ASAP. Be sure to fill out the district permission slip AND the Microsoft Release Form.
Parkrose School District: Fill out this Permission & Microsoft Release Form and turn in completed form to Jessica Natonick at the College & Career Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) and await confirmation.
North Clackamas, Gresham-Barlow and other tri-county districts: Fill out this Permission & Microsoft Release Form and email (via scan or photo) to email@example.com and await confirmation.
