The branding and digital agency FINE is offering one-day job shadows to motivated community members. Through a new partnership, the nonprofit Portland Workforce Alliance is assisting with outreach to high school students from targeted Portland-area school districts.

About FINE: FINE is a digital branding agency with clients such as Shutterfly, Kimpton Hotels, Ste Michelle Wine Estates, Aramark, Clarisonic and more.. Their specialties include hospitality & travel, architecture & engineering, wine & spirits, technology, and consumer brands. They work with their clients on strategy, digital marketing, branding, websites and more.

FINE describes its job shadow program like this: “Our program is the chance for students to experience a day in the life of a FINE employee (developers, producers, designers), while discovering practices, roles and tasks they may not even know exist,” FINE explains. “It provides a vision for what our people do every day, and gives us the means to inspire many more people by letting them observe and imagine.”
